Experience:
With over seven years of teaching experience and two as Head of Physics I bring a deep understanding of how to make complex science topics clear, engaging, and accessible. Whether your child thrives in one-to-one settings or benefits from group interaction, I tailor every session to match their learning style and pace.
As Head of Physics, I led the design and delivery of the entire Physics curriculum across KS3, GCSE, and A Level, creating high-quality lessons and assessments that drive real results. I also used detailed data analysis to identify gaps and boost student performance, ensuring no one was left behind.
You can feel confident knowing your child is supported by someone who’s not only results-driven, but also empathetic and adaptable someone who understands how to motivate, guide, and support students through every challenge and success.
Education/Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Applied Physics
PGCE; Secondary Education and Teaching with a specialty in science.
Subjects Offered: KS3 Science, GCSE and A level Physics, and 11+.
Mr Neill
Experience: I am currently applying over six years of Physics, Maths, and Technical expertise to support students at a university level. I take pride in my dynamic, personable, and in-depth approach to teaching and learning. I am currently working at St Mary's University, doing in-session support of practical activity for students undertaking Computer Science and both undergraduate and masters level. I have also worked to support the following university courses: Applied Physics, Physiotherapy, Sport rehab, PGCE Science, Strength & Conditioning, Bio-mechanics, and Nutrition.
Education/Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Applied Physics
Subjects Offered: Physics and Maths up to A level.
Teaching style: My teaching is a bridge between A level and University style teaching.
